Bubblegum Gin Liqueur?!

Bubblegum Gin Liqueur?!

Remember Hubba Bubba bubble gum? Now picture a gin flavored like it. A UK-based company called Sweet Little Liqueurs is selling “Sweet Little Bubba Hubba Bubblegum Gin Liqueur.”

The Daily Mail claims Yale University researchers have found a way to create a pill that allows you to eat excessive amounts of fat without ever gaining weight. The researchers edited out two genes as they were trying to fatten mice. Without the genes, the mice were able to eat a high-fat diet without ever gaining weight. Researchers hope to test the missing gene theory on humans.

And finally,

A Honduran man living in the U.S. reportedly faked his own death in an effort to stop his wife back home from asking for money. Danny Gonzalez, age 27, took photos of himself with cotton balls shoved into his nostrils and a white sheet over his body to make it look like he was lying in a morgue. He sent the photos to his wife, who currently live in Honduras, along with a photo of a flower-covered coffin in a funeral parlor and a message saying he’d died. It kind of backfired when local media in his hometown started reporting his sudden death, and then reporting him actually alive. Darn internet.
