Ex-Foreigner Band Mates Lou Gramm and Mick Jones Not Planning Reunion Tour

On June 13, Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones and the band's ex-frontman, Lou Gramm, will be among the honorees at the Songwriters Hall of Fame's 44th annual Induction and Awards Dinner in New York City.  According to a recent report on DemocratandChronicle.com, the long-estranged songwriting partners will hit the stage to perform a pair of Foreigner classics, "Hot Blooded" and "I Want to Know What Love Is."

The reconciliation has led to media speculation that Gramm is planning to take part in a Foreigner reunion tour, but representatives for the singer says this isn't true.  According to a statement from Gramm's camp, "there are no plans for Jones and him to head out on a reunion tour" and "at present time, there are no dialogs about any dates."

As previously reported, Lou has scheduled a series of events to promote his new autobiography, Juke Box Hero: My Five Decades in Rock 'n' Roll, starting with a special launch party this Saturday at Monroe Community College in his hometown of Rochester, New York.  The singer's itinerary includes a handful of book-signing appearances, as well as some traditional concerts.  Visit Lou-Gramm.com to check out his entire schedule.

As for Jones, he and Foreigner's current lineup have dozens of shows scheduled this year.  The band's full itinerary can be viewed at ForeignerOnline.com.
