A politician in California has introduced a new bill that would create a highway with no speed limit. That’s right … An American Autobahn. The bill proposed by Republican State Senator John Moorlach would add two lanes to two major highways — Interstate 5 and Highway 99 — and eliminate the speed limit to allow drivers to go as fast as they please. The shoe company New Balance has opened a pub that exchanges the miles you’ve run for free beer. At the very first “Runaway pub,” located in London, the only currency that’s accepted is running miles. The pub hands out Runaway Cards to customers, which are added to the wallet on your phone. The card automatically fills up with the miles you’ve run — which is then used to exchange miles for pints in the pub.

And speaking of beer…

People magazine claims the Smartmouth Brewing Company, in Virginia, is brewing a Lucky Charms IPA beer. Saturday Morning IPA is made with several pounds of marshmallows and a tropical fruity hops. The beer has an alcohol by volume of 6.6% and will debut on March 2nd.
