The Daily Mail says the Mission Viejo, California police recently arrested a 26-year-old man for attempting to fix two flat tires with Band-Aids! A nearby resident called the police because they knew the man would be unable to drive with a Band-Aid over his tire puncture. The man was arrested for being under the influence. (Ya think?)
