The Daily Mail claims a man, dressed as Pennywise the clown from the movie “IT”, recently scared passengers on a New York subway train. Magician Alejandro Torres dressed as Pennywise before walking through the train cars while holding a red balloon. He kept saying, “We all float down here.” Many of the New Yorkers ignored him.
Mashable claims Nissan has developed smart golf balls. The balls have small electric motors and sensors that work in concert with overhead cameras to make sure they always find a hole. Nissan is using the same technology in their self-driving cars. (That’ll only help my game if the balls also know how to swim.)
Dairy Queen has had to oddly clarify that the store’s food does not contain “human meat,” after one of its South Carolina restaurants was swarmed by federal agents last week. There was a news story published by the Index-Journal, of Greenwood, S.C., reporting that someone complained about “human meat being inside a burger” at the local Dairy Queen. It’s a ridiculous story…who would eat such a thing….unless they come out with a Scarlett Johansson burger.
