A woman from Linz, Austria recently received the shock of her life after she ordered a dress from an online retailer and then received a package with 25,000 purple ecstasy tablets. The drugs had a street value of $550,000. The woman and her husband returned the package to the post office before contacting the police. (I wonder how long they took to make that decision…)
Newsweek claims the Madrid, Spain police recently stopped a man who had 1,000 marijuana plants in his car. The 34 year-old told cops that he was transporting peppermint plants and not hemp. Cops didn’t believe the man and charged him with trafficking, because nothing smelled like peppermint!.
The Sun claims Londoner Steve Whitehurst was recently shopping at a men’s clothing store when a security guard accused him of stuffing clothing down the front of his pants. Steve denied the shoplifting accusation and said his “bulge” was a natural thing. Security didn’t believe him, so Steve dropped his drawers…the verdict…he was telling the truth.
