The NY Post says a Michigan woman recently stunned passengers on a flight to California when she boarded with her mini-service horse. Ronica Froese and ‘Fred’ made the trip in first class. She says, “I paid an arm and a leg for tickets, but I did so because it was Fred’s first time and I wanted him to be comfortable. (First question that leaps to mind…did Fred have to use the bathroom…and who was the lucky one to use it after him.)
And since today is national drink wine day…(like we have to be reminded to do that…)
Futurism.com claims scientists in Georgia are researching ways for winemakers to grow grapes on Mars. A company called Space Farms is reportedly building a lab that simulates the Mars climate. The grapes will be subjected to sub-zero temperatures, radiation, carbon monoxide, and high-altitude air pressure to test their durability. Talk about imported wine.
The NY Post claims Drunk Yoga has become a hot exercise trend. Eli Walker created it in 2017 and says his yoga classes are 90 minutes long and involve drinking red and white wine while performing yoga poses to 80’s and 90’s music. Class participants often take sips after performing difficult moves. (Yes, I prefer a cabernet with my downward dog.)
