This week, Amazon opened up its first full-sized “Amazon Go Grocery,” in Seattle, a supermarket that requires shoppers to interact with exactly NO HUMANS. That’s right. No cashiers. Of course, the first thing that came to my mind was…so no security people either? (The Takeout)

CNN says a pub in Jerusalem is serving a 5,000 year-old beer. Two microbiologists discovered the beer in clay pots. They reactivated the yeast in a lab before making their first batch of beer. (Doesn’t “reactivate the yeast” sound like how the zombie apocalypse starts.)

And finally,

The Pasadena, California police are looking for a car thief, who stole a hearse on Wednesday. A funeral employee left the car idling outside a church when the thief snuck up and stole the car. But the thing is, the hearse contained a casket with a “customer.”  The thief led cops on a high speed chase. The hearse was eventually found on the 110 Freeway. Some people will do anything to use the HOV lane.
