The coronavirus has sent the economy into the toilet and a record number of Americans onto the unemployment line. Businesses are closed and people are stuck inside their homes for the foreseeable future. As a result, there is one business that’s booming — the adult toy business. Sales are up about 40%. According to the experts, with couples cooped up at home, they’re spending a lot more time…you know. Sales of Viagra are also up.
The St Louis Post Dispatch Newspaper says Alton, Illinois Mayor Brant Walker recently ordered his local police department to crack down on people, who were not quarantining. Officers called the Mayor and told him they found his wife partying at a downtown bar. The mayor told the cops to NOT give her any special treatment, and as a result was cited for reckless conduct. (Not sure if he’ll get her vote at the next election.)
