A New Haven, Connecticut homeowner recently sold a bowl at a yard sale for $35. The buyer had the bowl appraised. It is from China’s Ming Dynasty in the 15th century and worth $500,000. The bowl is expected to be auctioned off in April. They were probably feeding the cat with it. (Newser)

The Daily Mail says construction on the world’s first space hotel is going to begin in 2025. The hotel will have restaurants, movie theaters, bars and a health club. It will be setup like a cruise ship and will orbit the Earth every 90 minutes. No word on how much it will cost to stay at the hotel. It’s going to be hard keeping that mint of your pillow in zero gravity.
