Food & Wine magazine says the drink mix company Hydrant is hiring a Chief Thirst Officer. The gig pays $15,000 for eight weeks of drinking water and then assessing it. People can apply for the job on Hydrant’s Tik-Tok and Instagram accounts. Boy, THAT would look great on a resume…professional water drinker.

Inside Edition says an elderly penguin at the St Louis Zoo has been outfitted with a pair of custom boots to help ease his arthritis pain. “Enrique” can now hop, skip and jump like a younger penguin. He is 30 years-old and has outlived most other penguins by 20 years. And they’re dress boots, you know, to go along with his tux.

Sora News says the organizers of the Tokyo Olympics are asking athletes to drink alone in their rooms and not get frisky with other athletes. Normally, 150,000 condoms are handed out in the Olympic Village. This year, Olympic organizers want athletes to refrain from being intimate in order to stop the spread of the coronavirus. So many athletes will be scoring, on and off the field!
