The Fussy deodorant brand is selling a Christmas tree deodorant made from discarded and unusually-shaped Christmas trees. The company says, “We didn’t want to release just another novelty scent this Christmas, but to make an actual difference. Plus, who doesn’t want to smell like a Christmas tree?” Or, you could just hang one of those pine tree air fresheners around your neck you get at the car wash. (Cosmetics Business)
Doorbell cameras capture all sorts of things, from package-stealing porch pirates to Amazon deliveries. One thing they don’t usually capture is the miracle of birth. Emily Johnson of Vacaville, California thought she could make it to the hospital, which is 5 minutes away, when she went into labor. She only made it as far as the front lawn when the baby started to come. She gave birth to little Thomas on her front lawn, and the whole thing was captured on her Ring doorbell camera. Good thing the landscapers were there the day before. (KCRA-TV)
A documentary about Barney the Dinosaur is in the works at Peacock. According to Variety, the three-parter “will examine the meteoric rise of…the beloved children’s character who captured the hearts of millions of children and then became the target of hate and rage across pop culture, the early internet and playgrounds around the world.”
I’m not sure where Barney is now, maybe in rehab…maybe he’s a quart of 10W-30. Too soon?
