He listed his number on the National Do Not Call Registry, but Dan still received telemarketing calls, so he decided to start filing lawsuits. He’s collected $75,000 in settlements and plans to continue suing telemarketers. I wonder if he’s gotten telemarketing calls form lawyers offering to sue telemarketers. (KHON)
A cat recently hitched a ride in a car from Cheektowaga, New York to West Seneca, New York, which is about 5 miles. The owner of the Honda heard the cat meowing so they called the police. Officers lured the cat from the engine by meowing. The police Tweeted: “With current gas prices, we can’t say we blame him.” (WIVB)
Simplemost says zookeepers at the Denver Zoo have trained five elephants how to do elephant yoga. The elephants stretch, bend and roll on command. Zookeepers say the movements help keep them mobile, healthy and active. I can’t wait for them to graduate to a Zumaba class…AND, more importantly, how are they going to get into those lulu lemons.
